SKRA BUILDING

A new building with 6 exclusive maisonettes,

developed on a 533m² plot in Pefki.

Τhe Skra Street building is located in the Pefki area, next to the main roads of Athens such as Attiki Street and Kifisias Avenue. It consists of 6 luxurious maisonettes, two of which with surrounding garden and swimming pool. All properties have 2 levels, the ground floor with a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen area, wc and laundry area, with a balcony and large openings for a view of the city. The first floor has 2-3 bedrooms with balconies. Finally, each apartment has a parking space with the possibility of charging an electric car and a storage room at the basement level.

The project clearly expresses an urban and at the same time, minimal and modern architecture, with comfortable spaces and large external openings, all in line with the design approach, quality and aesthetics of Citicon Techniki. The building, following our company’s standards regarding the infrastructure, is energy class A+, as it includes underfloor heating, cooling system with fan coil, heat pumps, solar water heaters, thermal facade, photovoltaic and energy frames.

ABOUT

We are an architectural studio based in Athens (GR) and recently established offices in London (UK). The firm began its creative existence in 2000 with the architect engineer Thomas Tsiropoulos. We create engaging and accessible solutions on a wide variety scale, aiming to address every issue and constraint that arise. We expand project’s features and incorporate them into our design approach while responding to our clients’ agenda.


We develop vibrant architecture with a sense of space that extends beyond itself, providing lasting value to the user. We shape and transform the physical space – from architectural landmarks to master plans with the objective of achieving the encouragement of human activity.
